Meatballs

These are a very good basic meatball. Add a little Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning for some delicious Italian meatballs.

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

 



 



 

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix ingredients in medium bowl..  Divide into 16 pieces and roll into balls.  Bake on un-greased baking pan until light brown minutes.

For Italian Add: 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
