Wassail

6 cups apple cider

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated

1/4 cup honey

1 (3 inch) cinnamon stick

1 tablespoon whole cloves

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

18 ounce can pineapple juice

Simmer cider and cinnamon for 5 minutes, covered. Add other ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes more. Serve hot. Makes 2 quarts.
