Beer Pizza Dough

Very good, but make sure it's a pizza that will go well with the beer flavor.

1 cup flat beer

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 cups flour

2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Put ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough setting. When cycle is complete, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll or press dough to cover pizza pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Spread sauce and toppings over dough and bake about 20-25 minutes until crust is lightly brown and crispy.
