Farmhouse White Bread

I really like the addition of the egg in a white bread. I think it gives it a litte more hardiness and flavor.

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

3 cup bread flour

2 tablespoons sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry yeast

Add ingredients according to your manufacturer's directions.
