Corny Cornbread

This is our favorite dinner bread. Especially delicious with chili!!! Very moist.

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 (12 ounce) can creamed corn

1 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 9 X 9 inch baking pan. Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Add eggs, creamed corn, milk and oil. Mix well and pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes until bread is golden.
