Bran Muffins

These are so nice to have on hand.

4 eggs, beaten

2 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup oil

1 quart buttermilk

1 (15 ounce) box Raisin Bran

5 cups flour

5 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons salt.

Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Add remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Store in refrigerator and use as desired. Will last a couple weeks. To bake---Fill GREASED muffin tin 2/3 full and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
