Pistachio Cake

I have been making this since we were first married.

1 yellow cake mix

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

2 packages pistachio pudding (instant)

1 cup water

1 (16oz) Cool Whip

1 1/2 cups milk

In bowl mix, cake mix, 1 package pistachio pudding, oil and water.  Add eggs, one at a time.  Pour into a Bundt cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.  

For frosting: whip 1 package of pistachio pudding and milk in mixer and mix on high until smooth and stiff. Fold in Cool Whip until well mixed. After cake cools, cut in half.  Spread some of frosting in middle, replace top and use rest of frosting for top and sides of cake.
