Ugly Duckling Pudding Cake

This cake is really moist and fruity tasting with the cookied German Coconut Frosting. Really good.

1 box yellow cake mix

1 can fruit cocktail

4 eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 1/3 cup coconut (divided)

1 box lemon instant pudding

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup nuts

1/2 cup margarine 

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  In mixer bowl, combine, cake mix, fruit cocktail, eggs, oil, 1 cup coconut, and pudding.  Beat well with mixer for 4 minutes.  Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.  Mix together brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle over batter.  Bake for about 45 minutes. While cake is baking, mix margarine, sugar and milk in small pan; cook and boil for 2 minutes.  Remove from heat and add the remaining 1 1/3 cups coconut.  Spread over baked cake
