Bubble Up Chicken Pot Pie

1 3/4 cup mixed vegetables

1/2 cup frozen peas

2-3 cups cooked chicken, cut up

1 teaspoon thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cup jar chicken gravy

1 (7.5 oz) can refrigerated biscuits

1 cup shredded cheese

Cut biscuits in quarters. Put all but cheese in bowl and mix. Pour into 7X11 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. 6 servings
