Aunt Lorraine's Chicken Chow Mien Noodle Dish

This is one of my easy go to recipes that I've made countless times over the years. It was one of the first recipes my Aunt contributed to the family cookbook in the 1980's and has been a family favorite ever since.

1/4 cup onion, chopped

2 cups celery, saute' for 2 minutes

2 cups chicken or turkey or 2 cooked chicken breast halves, cut up

1 can cream of mushroom soup

3 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 can chow mien noodles, 4 ounces

Preheat over to 350 degrees.  Put aside 1/2 of the chow mien noodles.  Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a casserole dish.  Top with the reserved noodles.  Bake for 1/2 hour. Serve with extra soy sauce, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
