Minnesota Munchers

Having moved to Minnesota, I had to try these, and I glad I did. I make these cookies year round and love the extra crunch from the toffee.

1 cup butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups toffee bits

1 cup pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and brown sugar together well. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
