Peanut Butter Kisses

Honestly, some Christmas holidays I only get one cookie made and this is it. Christmas would not be Christmas without them and they BETTER be in the cookie jar when the kids get home for the holiday.........or else!!!

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1/2  cup peanut butter

1 egg

2 tablespoons milk

1 3/4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 bag chocolate candy kisses

Sugar for rolling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter until creamy.  Mix in egg and milk.  Add flour, baking soda, and salt.  Form into little balls.  Roll in sugar.  Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.  Let cool for 1 or 2 minutes.  Push a chocolate kiss in center of cookie.  Don't touch again until cool.  (I usually stick the pan in the freezer for a few minutes to harden quicker)
