Shredded Beef

This was put into the Famly Cookbook by my cousin and is great for a crowd.

8 pounds round steak

2 bottles beer

6 chili peppers (Vlasic)

1 tablespoon dill seed

5 onions, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup dry wine

Cut up round steak into small pieces.  Brown meat on both sides.  Combine meat and rest of ingredients in crock-pot.  Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours, or until meat easily comes apart.  Remove meat from juice.  Remove any fat and the chili peppers.  Shred meat and put back into the juice and serve on rolls.
