To Die for Crock Pot Roast

This is one of the recipes my kids ask for when they come home. I will make the roast, slice it up and then add a can or two of beef bouillon to the liquid. If there's too many particles in the liquid you can also strain it first. Then serve on rolls like a French dip with the juice in a little cup. Delicious!!!

1 beef roast, any kind

1 package Hidden Valley Dressing Mix

1 package brown gravy mix

1 package Italian dressing mix

1/2 cup warm water

Place roast in crock pot.  Mix all three envelopes together and sprinkle over roast.  Pour water in the bottom of the crock pot.  Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
