Well, it happened again!!! Summer just flew by!!! When I began Becky's Cookbook in Winter of 2000, my youngest son was still in high school and my oldest in college. Now they have both graduated from college and are beginning their own journey in life. Wasn't it just yesterday that I was dropping them off at kindergarten, smiling "valiantly" until they were out of sight??? Then, one by one those tears started falling. Were they REALLY starting school already??? Fall is my favorite season of the year, with the color, the "coziness" of home, the smells and the holidays, but just as nature is "maturing", so WE are reminded that "time marches on" and "waits for no one". But underneath all the sentimentality and a few tears...
I think there is a kind of beauty in that too!!! ;..~)
