Peppercorn Mix

I just like my own peppercorn mix, so I've come up with this one over the years. Its aromatic, smooth with a surprise of heat from the India Special Extra Bold. All of these can be found at Penzey's Spice Shop.

2.3 ounce jar Malabar Black

.7 ounce jar India green

2.5 ounce jar Indonesian Muntok

2.1 ounce jar India Special Extra Bold

.5 oz. jar Reunion Pink

Mix in bowl. Store in a jar. Use in pepper mill.
