Grandma M's Coconut Cream Cheese Torte

This I found in my Mom's recipe box on a card from my Grandma M.

Crust:

10 graham crackers finely crushed

1/4 c. sugar

1/4 c. butter melted

Mix well and press into 9x9 inch pan.

Filling:

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 1/2 c milk

1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix

3/4 c. flaked coconut

Soften cream cheese. Blend milk in a little at a time until smooth. Beat in instant pudding mix. Stir in coconut. Pour into crust.

Topping:

Dream Whip with 1/4 c coconut sprinkled over.

Chill one hour before serving.
