Grandma M's Rhubarb Torte

This is from my Mom's recipe box with a note that it's from her Mom.

2 cups rhubarb

1 cup water

1 cup sugar (scant)

1 pkg. strawberry jello

1 bottle whipping cream

Cook rhubarb with water and sugar. Add Jello. Let sit until thickens. Whip cream and add to rhubarb mixture. Then put into crust and ref.

Crust:

20 graham crackers

1/4 cup oleo

1/4 cup sugar

Bake at 375- 8 min
