Aunt Arlene's Impossible Pie

This is one of the first recipes my aunt put in the Family Cookbook. I have made it SO many times over the years for a quick dessert for my husband and I.

4 eggs, mix with fork

2 c. milk

2/3 c. sugar

1/2 c. flour

1/2 c. melted margarine

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

1 c. coconut

Beat all ingredients together 15 seconds. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Turn off and let stand last 10 minutes.
