Gingerbread Pancakes

1 1/3 cups flour

3 tablespoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1 1/4 cup milk

3 egg whites

3 tablespoons molasses

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

In medium sized bowl mix dry ingredients. In small bowl whisk milk, egg whites and molasses. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients. Stir just to moisten. Heat lightly oiled griddle or fyring pan over medium high heat. Put 1/3 cup batter for each pancake. Brown on both sides.
