Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

I've made this SO often. It's the every day pie we have when we feel like pie. No crust, but I love the little thicker part the flour makes. A really good easy custard type pie.

4 eggs, mix with fork

2 cups milk

2/3 cups sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup margarine, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk all ingredients together for about 15 seconds. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand 10 minutes.
