Aunt Billie's Mincemeat Pie

My husband's Aunt Billie, LOVED mincemeat. One Christmas when she was older she had me make this really easy recipe.

Pie crust for 2 pies

1 jar Nonesuch Mincemeat Pie filling

1 large apple (peeled and chopped)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put bottom crust in pie plate. Mix pie filling and apple and pour into crust. Top with crust and make slits, poke holes with fork, or make lattice top. Bake for about 30 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
