Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Low calorie weight watchers recipe I've had for years. For a diet recipe it's very good.

1 small package diet chocolate pudding, cook kind

1 3/4 cups skim milk

6 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

8 (2 1/2 inch) graham crackers

2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon diet margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Crush crackers and add diet margarine.  Press in 9 inch pie pan.  Bake for 8 to 12 minutes.  Prepare pudding as directed on package, using the milk.  While hot stir in peanut butter.  Pour into baked crust and cover with plastic wrap.  Refrigerate.
