Peanut Butter Pie

I've loved Peanut Butter Pie ever since I tried it in a wonderful restaurant in Virginia. I tired a few recipes and this one is my favorite.

1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 tablespoon milk

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 carton (6 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed

1 graham cracker crust

Dry roasted peanuts

In large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Gently beat in powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Sprinkle with peanuts.
