Delicious Russian Chicken

A family favorite I make all the time. I've had this recipe for years. You can use French dressing also. I usually use Russian Dressing with my homemade Rhubarb Orange Marmalade.

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 package onion soup mix

8 ounces Russian dressing

1 (10 ounce) jar orange marmalade or apricot preserves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix onion soup mix, preserves and dressing. Place chicken in
9 X 13 inch baking pan and pour mixture over. Bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. May use orange marmalade or peach preserves instead of apricot preserves.
