Marmalade Chicken Breast

A family favorite I make all the time. I've had this recipe for years and probably a recipe I make more than any others, especially when I don't feel like cooking. It's so easy and fast to put together.

2-4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1/2 package onion soup mix

1/3 cup French dressing

1/3 cup orange marmalade or other jam



 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl mix onion soup mix, preserves and dressing. Place chicken in baking dish and pour mixture over. Bake about 30-35 minutes until temperature reads 165 degrees. May use blueberry jam, peach preserves or apricot preserves.
