Potato Chip Chicken

The potato chips do not turn brown, so they will still be light when the chicken is done.

4 chicken boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1/4 cup margarine, melted

2 to 3 cups potato chips, crushed

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix potato chips and garlic salt. Dip chicken in melted margarine and roll in potato chips. Place in pan or baking sheet. Pour remaining margarine and chips over chicken. Bake 35-45 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, 165 degrees.
