My husband has a few recipes he just gets fascinated with and starts making them his own. He found this recipe card in my Mom's recipe box for Cranberry Relish. It was from my Grandmother.We had bought an excess of cranberries from a farmer that year and he dedided he was going to try this recipe. It's fresh, sweet and tart. He makes it a little healthier than my Grandma and uses half the sugar.
12 oz. cranberries
2 apples, peeled
2 oranges
Orange zest, small amount
3/4 cup sugar
Grind in food processor.
