Orange Salmon

2 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons orange marmalade

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together marmalade, mustard and salt. Spray pan with vegetable spray. Place fillets in pan and cover with marmalade mixture. Bake until flaky, about 15 minutes 145 degrees.
