Impossible Corny Squash Pie

This is one of our favorite side dishes. I slice, blanch and freeze our yellow squash in meal sized portions and we enjoy this wonderful side dish all year round.

2 eggs

1 (11 ounce) can creamed corn

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup onions, chopped

2 cups yellow squash, sliced

1/2 cup Bisquik

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease 9X9 inch baking pan. Whisk eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
