Spaghetti Soup

1 pound ground beef

1 pound Italian sausage

1 cup dry breadcrumbs

½ cup milk

½ cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 eggs

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix and make into 1 inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet for 25 minutes

3 cups spaghetti, broken into 2-3 inch pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups onion, chopped

2 cups celery, sliced

2 jars pasta sauce

2 cans diced tomatoes

8 cups chicken broth

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In soup pot saute’ onions and celery in oil. Add pasta, tomatoes, chicken broth, seasoning salt, pepper and meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes. Add pasta.
