Fruit Pizza-Earlene

1 tube Pillsbury vanilla cookies, refrigerator, cut in 1/8 inch slices and overlap on 14 inch pizza pan

1 (8oz.) package cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup sugar

Beat until smooth and creamy; spread on cooled cookie crust. Put fresh fruit on pizza crust in circular pattern. You may use bananas, dip in lemon juice, pineapple tidbits, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apricots, etc. Keep in refrigerator until serving.
