Spinach Artichoke Dip - Amy

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup parmesan cheese

¼ tsp. black pepper

3 garlic cloves (minced garlic)

1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

2 8oz cream cheese

Pkg. frozen spinach (chopped, drained and squeezed dry

Mix all together with a hand mixer.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
