Taco Dip-Earlene

8 ounces cream cheese

1 small container sour cream

8 ounces mild Ortega sauce

Mix 8 tablespoons Ortega sauce with cream cheese. Add sour cream. Add 1 package taco seasoning mix and stir well. Spread the above mixture in bottom of pan. Chop and shred 1 head lettuce, 1 onion, 1 green pepper and 1 tomato. Sprinkle this mixture over cream cheese. Top with shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Sprinkle the remaining Ortega sauce over the top. Serve with Deli tortilla chips. Optional: Mushrooms.
