Lemon Pudding Bars-Grandma

CRUST:

1/2 cup shortening

1 cup flour

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix and bake 15 to 20 minutes in an 8x8 inch pan. Beat 2 eggs. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 package lemon pudding pie filling and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Fold in 1 cup coconut. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
