Forgotten Roast-Irene1 (3lb.) roast beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
Put meat in covered pan. Pour onion soup mix and mushroom soup on roast. Either cover pan or put foil over. Roast in oven for 2 to 3 hours. Can add carrots and potatoes during last 1/2 hour. Very tender and delicious.
