Microwave Meatloaf-Kay

SAUCE:

1 can tomato sauce

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt

MEAT MIXTURE:

2 pounds ground beef

3/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1 medium onion, chopped fine

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all sauce ingredients. In large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 sauce and remaining ingredients until blended. Invert a 6 ounce custard cup in center of round, shallow 2 quart baking dish. Put meat in dish, pour remaining sauce on top. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes, rotatin 1/4 turn after 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
