Salisbury Steak-Kay

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 can onion soup

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

1/4 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/3 can onion soup and salt and pepper together. Shape into oval rolls. Brown on all sides. Pour sauce over meat balls and simmer for 40 minutes, covered.

SAUCE:

2/3 can onion soup

1 tablespoon flour

1/4 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon mustard

1 beef bouillon cube

Mix all together and pour over meat balls. Quick, easy and even tastes good.
