Swedish Meatballs-Kathy

1/3 cup minced onion

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1 1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1 pound ground chuck

1/4 pound ground pork

Combine all ingredients, except the meat, in an osterizer; mix well. Then combine your meat. Make into small balls and brown. May add beef bouillon for taste.
