Pistachio Bread-Becky

1 package yellow cake mix

1 small package instand pistachio pudding

1 cup sour cream

4 eggs, lightly beaten

3/4 cup finely-chopped walnuts or pecans

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, eggs, oil and water. Beat well until smooth. In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Divide batter between 2 greased 5X9 inch loaf pans, alternating layers of batter with sugar/nut mixture. End with a sugar layer. Bake for 1 hour or until loaves test done.
