Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread-Jamie

2 small zucchini, (2 cups grated)

4 cups flour

1/2 cup cocoa

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 1/2 cups oil

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup mini chocolate chips

Heat over to 350 degrees. Butter 2 (4X8 inch) loaf pans. Grate zucchini. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. In another bowl, comgbine zucchini with all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir into dry ingredients until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans to cool completely.
