Oat Bran Muffins-Peggy

1 cup oat bran baking mix

1 slightly beaten egg white

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon oil

In a medium bowl, stir the baking mix. Stir together egg white, water and cooking oil. Add to the baking mix all at once. Mix just until moistened. Line 4 muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray with nonstick spray coating. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Makes 4.
