Popovers-Becky

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

2 eggs

Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into well greased deep muffin cups (3/4 full). Can also use glass pudding dishes. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown, about 35-45 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 5-9 popovers depending on size of cups.
