Poppy Seed Bread-Kathy

3 cups flour

1 1/4 cups cooking oil

3 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

1 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring

1 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

2 1/4 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

Mix all ingredients 1 to 2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into 2 lightly-greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top will crack.

FROSTING:

1 /4 cup orange juice

1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup sugar

Let cake cool a few minutes; remove from pan and frost when hot.
