Poppyseed/Cranberry Bread - Amy
2 ½ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp. poppy seed
3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed and choppedIcing
½ c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. milkIn mixing bowl mix all ingredients, mix with hand mixture until smooth. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
