Sour Cream Banana Bread-Kathy

1 cup sugar

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 cup margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup mashed bananas

1/2 cup sour cream

Cream sugar, eggs and butter until fluffy. Add vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in bananas and sour cream. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
