Strawberry Nut Bread-Millie

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen, sliced strawberries

4 eggs

1 cup cooking oil

2 cups sugar

3 cups flour

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups chopped nuts

Defrost strawberries. Beat eggs in bowl until fluffy; add cooking oil, sugar and defrosted strawberries. Blend together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt into a mixing bowl. Add strawberry mixture and mix well until blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.
