Oat Jelly Biscuits-Peggy

2 tablespoons margarine

1 3/4 cups oat bran baking mix

1/2 cup skim milk

6 teaspoons jelly or jam

In a medium mixing bowl, cut margarine into baking mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add skim mlk all at once. Stir just until dough clings together. On a lightly floured surface roll or pat dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Press your finter into the center of each biscuit to make an indentation. Spoon 1 teaspoon jelly or jam into each center. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 8 minutes or until light brown. Serve warm. Makes 6 biscuits.
