Breakfast Souffle'-Joyce

1 pound bacon, fried, drained and broken into pieces OR cubed ham OR sausage, fried and crumbled

9 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

3 slices fresh bread, cubed

3 cups milk

1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased 9X13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350 degrees.
