Black Chocolate Cake-Peggy

1 cup brown sugar, do not pack

1/4 cup butter, no substitute

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup boiling water

2 squares baking chocolate

1/2 cup sour milk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream butter and sugar well. Ad eggs, salt and vanilla. Add sour milk and baking soda and flour mixed together. Mix well. Break chocolate squares and add to water. Mix well with rest of ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. When cooled, top with whipped cream---no Cool Whip.
